Pupils Unite to Support 'One Game' Message

flag-1.jpgPupils from two local Lincoln schools - Bishop King Primary and St Faith & St Martin Primary - joined forces before the recent Torquay game to proudly carry the One Game One Community message around the Sincil Bank stadium as the crowds gathered before kick off.

Both these inner city Lincoln schools teach a wide cross section of pupils from diverse cultural backgrounds and languages, and they were invited to take part in this initiative in a display of unity before their school football teams locked horns in the half time Dominos Cup.

carry-flag-1.jpgFootball In The Community recognises that staff at these and many other inner city schools work hard to engage with pupils from diverse and under-priveleged backgrounds and much of the curriculum Physical Education programmes we deliver are designed to support and improve key social skills such as respect, teamwork and communication.
