We have had a tremendous week in the Lincoln City Girls FA Centre of Excellence with two of our players being selected for the England U15 squad to play in Holland in March. Holly Crosby, a very talented midfield player has been joined in the squad for the first time by Billie Brooks. Billie is a tall central defender who attacks the ball very well and is composed in possession with a variety of passing options. She has worked hard on her game over the past few years to improve her weaknesses, consolidate her strengths and this is a fantastic reward for all the effort that she has put in
Holly Crosby and Sophie Harris from the Lincoln City Girls FA Centre of Excellence have returned from the England U15 training camp in Germany, where they played two fixtures against the German national squad. Both players acquitted themselves very well and both will have benefited tremendously from their experience.
