England Players Make A Welcome Return
Holly Crosby and Sophie Harris from the Lincoln City Girls FA Centre of Excellence have returned from the England U15 training camp in Germany, where they played two fixtures against the German national squad. Both players acquitted themselves very well and both will have benefited tremendously from their experience.
Holly, a midfield player with terrific potential, made her England debut in the first game at the Wormatia-Stadion, Worms. She played excellently against some of the world's best players and this bodes very well for her future prospects. Sophie on the other hand is an exciting goalkeeper and is somewhat a little more experienced in the international set up, having been part of the England U15 training camps on many occasions. She made her England debut against Wales back in 2006/07 season and Sophie also acquitted herself very well against a strong and physically powerful German squad.

It is great to have them both back in our pre-season training sessions and linking up with their respective squads, as we prepare for the start of our season at home to Sheffield United on Saturday 12th September at Robert Pattinson School, North Hykeham (11am kick off).
